Ordering and Shipping

Please contact us to place your customized order. Availability is limited to BC VQA wines currently in our inventory at the time of ordering. However, we typically have over 700 different wines at any given time, from local wineries, so there is usually lots to choose from! Check out our Wineries page to see a list of wineries we are currently carrying.

Wine Packages

We can customize an assortment of wines for you based on your wine preferences (off-dry whites, big reds, Pinot Noir, etc...). Please let us know what wines you are interested in and we will do our best to assemble a collection you will love.

Feeling adventurous enough to try out some new wines? We have 'theme cases' available for simple ordering. Prices will vary depending on the wines included. Please select a general price range when ordering.

Medal-Winners Only - Contains only wines that have won medals or major awards at the Okanagan Wine Festival Society spring or fall festivals, Wine Align Nationals, All-Canadian Wine Championships, or the Lt. Governor's Award of Excellence.

BC's Whites - a selection of some of BC's outstanding white VQA wines.

BC's Reds - a selection of some of BC's outstanding red VQA wines.

"Staff Picks" Variety Pack - a selection of 6 white and 6 red VQA wines selected by our knowledgeable staff.

Cost

The cost of shipping varies depending on the destination. All wines are shipped in specially designed shipping boxes to ensure safety of the wines. They are available in different sizes to hold 12, 6, 3, and single bottles and must also be purchased at time of ordering.

In-Store Shipping

Did you buy a few more bottles on your wine tour than you had planned? No problem! We'll help you get it home! Bring your wines into the store and we will package it in an appropriate shipping case and get it sent on its way. Top up your case from our selection of over 700 wines in stock. Prices will vary depending on size of shipping box and destination. Please contact us for more information.

Shipping Information

All packages are shipped by Loomis Courier Service and you will receive your tracking number via email. We have discrete packaging for offices and we highly recommend a business address for shipping if at all possible. Someone of legal drinking age must be available to sign for the delivery. A $10 re-route charge may be applicable if a secondary address re-route is required after the cutoff date. If you are not home to receive your package on the first delivery attempt, the driver will leave a door knocker indicating the location you can pick it up at. If it is not picked up after 5 days, it is returned to the store. A second freight charge will apply to packages that need to be re-delivered.
